bertha 4.13.88 romping and stomping stuff

take a look at 9/20/88. Not an all-time great show,
but one where you could tell the band was having fun -
loud, fast, and letting the crowd have a good time.
This one is a little unique in that it opens Set II.
Jerry rips a great solo (high, low, high, low, crescendo, here,
there, and back again!) and belts the "jailhouse" line.
